Delete Your ArenaX Account

If you'd like to delete your ArenaX account and associated data, follow these steps:

How to request deletion

  1. Email us at support.arenax@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address linked to your account.
  2. Include your ArenaX username or the Google account used to sign in.
  3. We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm via email once completed.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile information (name, email, profile picture)
  • Tournament history and match data associated with your account
  • Any messages or content you've posted

What may be retained

  • Transaction records (if applicable), retained for 6 months for legal and accounting purposes
  • Anonymized usage data that cannot be linked back to you
